PC PAL achieves DTAC approval and DCB 0129 compliance for GrowthXP

PC PAL is pleased to announce that our flagship child growth charting application, GrowthXP, is now approved under the NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC) and compliance with DCB 0129, the clinical risk management standard for health IT systems in the UK.

DTAC assesses products across five key areas: clinical safety, data protection, technical security, interoperability, and usability/accessibility. Only solutions that meet these criteria are eligible for procurement by NHS organisations. In parallel, DCB 0129 ensures that software suppliers follow a structured, auditable process to identify and manage clinical risks associated with their products.

By meeting these standards, GrowthXP is formally recognised as fit for use within NHS environments. This achievement not only underlines our longstanding commitment to quality but also provides NHS Trusts with confidence that PC PAL solutions align with national requirements for digital health technologies.

As with all installations, PC PAL provides the relevant UK growth references within GrowthXP to support accurate and consistent monitoring. The product is also compatible with the NHS’s digital Redbook, enabling seamless integration with the UK’s personal child health record.
PC PAL works closely with clients to meet both national and local regulatory and technical compliance requirements, ensuring our solutions can be implemented.
